16^TH ANNUAL BANQUET

EVERYONE IS INVITED

Our banquet will be on March 10, 2012 at the Midland Resorts Hotel, 1500 W. Wackerly St., Midland.  It is off Eastman Road at US 10 exit.

Room rates are $69.00, single or double, plus tax.  Room reservations can be made by calling 1-800-622-4220.  Refer to CRC to get this rate.  Check in time is 4PM.  The reservation for the room has to be made by March 3^rd.

Awards will be given out at the banquet.  We will be doing something additional at the banquet this year along with the white elephant sale.

If you have questions about the white elephant sale, please call.

Please do not bring can beer or booz in the banquet room.  Concerned Racers is paying for the dinner and the booz.

Reservations for the banquet are $10 per person and MUST BE PAID BEFORE MARCH 3^RD.  I have to call the people at the Hotel with a count for the meal on March 5^th.  If there is a problem with this date for you please give me a call.
